Dr. Nichelle Adegbite-Maraventano, MD
Dr. Nichelle Adegbite-Maraventano, MD, is a distinguished pediatrician renowned for her commitment to holistic pediatric care and social consciousness. Her lifelong passion for medicine led her to specialize in pediatric care, where she combines her expertise with deep compassion. Dr. Nichelle’s journey includes serving as a US Army Pediatrician, earning teaching awards, and pioneering the HIV-Testing Initiative Program. After her service, she continued her public service in Philadelphia, working at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Health, Ambulatory Health Services.
Driven by her vision for a more comprehensive healthcare system, Dr. Nichelle founded Peds 360+, an innovative healthcare organization focusing on holistic wellness and community-driven initiatives. As the Medical Director, CEO, and Founder, she believes that healthcare should extend beyond the examination room and encompasses community engagement, advocacy, and support for vulnerable populations. Under her guidance, Peds 360+ has become a driving force for positive change in the lives of children and families. Her transformative work with Peds 360+ is inspiring a brighter, healthier future for the next generation.
Robin K. Baysmore, BS, SW
Rob K. Baysmore, BSW, a dedicated Social Worker with 25+ years of experience, has made a significant impact in Philadelphia. He’s served 18 years at the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, excelling in assessments, treatment recommendations, resource allocation, and patient advocacy. His commitment to building trust and connections benefits patients and the Germantown community.
Rob’s influence extends to various healthcare centers, where colleagues seek his expertise. He’s also an entrepreneur who empowers youth through C & J Diversified Services and supports housing initiatives via TBF Enterprises. Rob’s unwavering dedication and vital qualities leave a lasting impact on countless lives in need.
Jasmine Garner, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-C, RN
Jasmine Garner is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a passion for community health and wellness. With over 14 years of experience in healthcare, Jasmine began her career as a Registered Nurse (RN) in 2010, working across specialties such as Hospice Home Care and Inpatient Rehab. In 2018, she earned her Master’s in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from La Salle University, where she also completed her Bachelor’s degree.
Jasmine dedicated six years as an FNP serving underserved communities in inner-city health centers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jasmine witnessed the increasing mental health challenges in her community, inspiring her to return to La Salle University to pursue her certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Now licensed (SP031369) and certified in both specialties, Jasmine brings a comprehensive and compassionate approach to patient care, addressing both physical and mental health needs.
Ebony Holloway, LCSW
Ebony Holloway, a dedicated LCSW with 20+ years of experience, empowers families and youth. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem issues, offering a client-centered, nurturing therapeutic approach. Tammy Jabarin, MSW, LMT
Tammy Jabarin, a skilled professional, excels as a massage therapist, behavior specialist, and foster care/URM social worker. Her expertise spans self-care guidance, behavior modification, and comprehensive support for individuals and families. Tammy’s dedication and holistic approach empowers others to overcome challenges and thrive.
As a foster care/URM social worker, Tammy offers invaluable support to children, legal guardians, and foster/kinship parents. She navigates community resources and provides counseling services to address the unique needs of each individual. Tammy also excels in conducting thorough case management assessments, preparing reports, and documenting the progress of children and families.
Aubrey Redd, MS, RDN, LDN
Aubrey Redd is a registered and licensed dietitian passionate about community health and wellness. With five years of experience in the nutrition field and two years as a credentialed dietitian, Aubrey is dedicated to empowering families to make healthier choices easier.
She integrates her expertise in nutrition education, recipe development, and corporate wellness to help individuals achieve better nutrition step by step. Aubrey holds a Master of Science degree in Community Nutrition from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
Mykola Webster, M.Ed., RYT 500, C-IAYT
Mykola Webster is a lifelong student and teacher of yoga, blending global influences into her practice. With certifications as a Yoga Therapist and extensive experience from working in Costa Rica, Mykola incorporates yoga as a tool for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
Her unique approach integrates mindfulness, breathwork, and tailored movement to address conditions such as chronic pain, stress, and posture challenges. Mykola’s mission is to inspire self-reflection and holistic well-being, creating a centered life for her clients.
